Windows Throughout Old City (10/2/2009 - 10/13/2009)

From October 2-13, 2009, Old City became home to a neighborhood-wide art exhibition through the design competition Windows Throughout Old City.  The contest, hosted by the Old City Business Collective, celebrated innovative thinking and visual inspiration from students, recent graduates, professionals, and artist in various fields of design.

Over 50 artists from the Philadelphia metro area and worked with Old City boutique, restaurant, and gallery owners to design and create unique and artistic window displays.  Combined, the dozens of participating businesses created a neighborhood-wide art exhibition, the first of its kind in Old City.
