Old City Sidewalk Sale

Old City Businesses are invited to join the OCBC for our annual Old City Sidewalk Sale. The event will be held on Saturday, June 9th and Sunday, June 10th from 12pm - 5pm.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Businesses that would like to participate must indicate their desire by the date listed below using this form.
  • Coordinating table cloths and balloons will be distributed prior to the event.  Businesses should use these materials on each day of the event.
  • The event is two days (Saturday & Sunday) and we ask that you participate both days (assuming you are normally open).
  • Businesses are encouraged to have special programming (exhibits, trunk shows, demonstrations, snacks, drinks) and to offer the programming on both days of the event. 
  • An 11x17 sign that advertises the event will be provided to be placed in your window
  • Participating businesses are encouraged to distribute an OCBC provided post card with each customer's purchase promoting the event beginning the date listed below.
  • The event is open to all Old City businesses.
  • The event is free of charge.

Deadlines & Important Dates

  • 6/1/12 - Deadline for businesses to submit their participation form to OCBC
  • 6/9/12 & 6/10/12 - Table cloths and balloons will be distributed in the morning
  • 6/9/12 - Event begins.
  • 6/10/12 - Event concludes.
