Completed Window Guidelines

Thursday, October 6th - All windows must be completed on Thursday, October 6th by 8:00pm. Entrants will be given a DesignPhiladelphia logo which must be placed in the lower portion of the window (medium to large windows). An OCBC voting card/poster must also be placed in the window (medium to large windows). If you were assigned a small window, which cannot accomodate the required logo and voting card, then it is acceptable to place them on the glass door of the business. Stay tuned for more guidelines on which windows are considered small windows. 

Please Note: It's highly recommended to place both the logo and voting card on the windows to attract attention to the exhibit and elicit votes .

Thursday, October 6th - Final Concept Drawing and completed window photo is due by 8:00pm. Your photo must be submitted for online voting for opening day on First Friday. We highly recommend finishing your window as early as possible,

We are only accepting digital photos or photos emailed to  oldcitycollective@gmail.com . Do not mail or drop off your photo - we will not scan it for online voting. Once your window is finished, please take a photograph of the total display to be viewed from the outside perspective of the window.

Drawings must be a visual representation of the display and give an overall outline of the finished window.
Please describe the window through visual clues such as the placement of items, colors and other design
elements. Any medium may be used to represent your window. Drawings must be 11"x17" 
and mounted onto a solid artboard of your choosing (i.e., Foam core).Your board must also include a list of the
materials used and a title to define the finalized theme of your display. 

 Drawings submitted on a board can be dropped off at the following address no later than Thursday, October 6th at 8:00pm:

PLEASE NOTE: Entrants who are dropping off their concept drawings prior to Thursday, October 6th must only drop them off on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12:00pm - 7:00pm.
